    Our sedentary work environments and computer work habits have become responsible for chronic pain and injuries to our hands, arms, shoulders and the back. In this therapeutic yoga class we will work on developing an awareness of better posture, learn correct movements to develop a well-functioning upper body, and reduce repetitive strain injury to your precious hands.

    A practical course that offers you the A through Z basic foundations of a holistic yoga practice. You will learn: 1) Yoga exercises to stretch and strengthen your body; 2) Relaxation techniques to de-stress your body & mind; 3) Breathing practices to balance the nervous system; 4) Basic meditation for peace of mind.

    This exercise sequence is dedicated to Bhagwan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji. Khatu is the place (on the edge of the Thar Desert in the west of Rajasthan, India), where this greatly revered Saint lived for 135 years. This exercise harmonises body, mind and soul.

    March brings the start of some exciting new classes for our Yoga Center. Introducing our first new class: This unique class brings together the authentic tradition of yoga with the latest research in the field of therapeutics and medical science to support our digestion, the source of our vitality. Many illnesses have their origin in the digestive system: headache, skin diseases, sometimes also cancer. The class offers guided, step-by-step instructions of the exercises and yoga postures (asanas) for the abdomen, to activate the abdominal organs, to counteract digestive problems, and to remove energetic blockages in the body, and more. The class concludes with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation exercises.
